Whenever there is a tech system upgrade, especially of this magnitude, there are bound to have glitches, problems, etc...I wonder how smoothly the integration will go. Hopefully, all will be well and does not affect the productivity at CIS...The productivity is already so low at CIS...Hoping for the best...

Gary, I think I did something similar. I couldn't tell if you masked it or not. In PS, I first selected all the sky with the magic wand, then expanded that selection 3 pixels, then put a 3 pixel feather on it, then inverted the selection so all the greenery was selected with a soft edge. I then put an adjustment layer bumping up the saturation. Finally, I filled the above selection with black on the adjustment layer's mask so the bump only applied to the sky. From there, it's a matter of taste for how much saturation is desired.

Just wanted to update everyone - I did respond to the I-140 RFE with detailed information for the delay in getting the degree - and my 140 was approved without any further questions. I hope that no one else gets into this situation - but if anyone needs help - I will be more than willing to help in what ever way I can.

H1B is dual intent so even if I go back on H1B I can still keep intentions to immigrate right?

Since this thread is open and dont want to wast resouce on new thread. I want to ask people those who had already filed 485/EAD/AP that did anyone has taken photos at Walgreens.
I am getting $7.99 for taking 2 photos at Walgreens($48 for 2person with 6 photos deal) in Milwaukee. Whereas in Kinko's I am getting deal of $13.50 for first 2 photo and rest 4 photos for $13.50 ($54 for 2 person with 6 photos deal) in Milwaukee city area.
Now question besides money I want to know which one is worth taking chance for taking a picture interms of quality.

You should contact your lawyer & ask USCIS to amend your H1 for 3 years instead of 1 year. One time My H1B got approved but USCIS forgot to add up vacation time then My Lawyer contacted USCIS officer to amed that time. Later got new H1B approval with correct date.
I think that will give clear idea if USCIS not finding you I140?
My concern is during the H1 Extension process USCIS have touched all my files (485/EAD/AP) but not I-140.
I have put all my WAC/SRC numbers on USCIS website, I could see the LUD date changed against all files except for I-140. which apparently have a different A#.

Man you are in such a good position . I think with an approved I-140 in EB3 for Sep 2001 PD your GC should not be far away .. Don't mess around with it by changing it to EB2 or things like that. It might get complicated . I would say have patience for a few months . Once you get your GC you are free.
Using AC21 is not a bad idea for those whose GC is a distant dream but for you I think the goal is within sight.

Yes I changed job and my new company did the EB2 filing. It took roughly 9 months from starting the Ad, recruitment efforts, filing and approval.

My lawyer asked for separate checks for each application.. FP is always added to I-485 fees.. But since they issued EAD receipt for you and spouse, that means definitely 2 485s... Guess you need to wait for the receipts to get the missing receipt # or you can call USCIS...
